Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities, computer literacy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
